A Life in Pictures

Jim Koenigsaecker is the Knight Fellow in the School of Visual Communication at Ohio University in Athens, Ohio. He is also an independent, documentary photographer and filmmaker specializing in pro bono commissions for non-governmental organizations. Jim is on sabbatical from Innovations Housing, a non-governmental organization that does philanthropic work in Northern California and East Africa. Jim’s wife, Nisha, is a neonatology fellow at Rainbow Babies & Children’s Hospital in Cleveland, Ohio. The Koenigsaeckers’ daughter, Zoë, attends the University of California, Santa Cruz and their other daughter, Madeline, attends the University of California, Santa Barbara.
